Training Inc.'s mission is to equip people to become self-sufficient by providing marketable job and life skills training.

Training, Inc. prepares individuals to enter the workforce in higher-paying jobs and to succeed in life long-term. Training Inc.'s program focuses on four distinct areas of preparation: job readiness, Microsoft Office® skills, internship and job search. We see the corporate and life skills making the biggest impact on the lives of our clients and their future success.

HOW DO I APPLY TO TI?

Do you have your high school diploma or GED? Are you over 18? Are you ready to make a commitment to our training programs and change your future? If so, call us at 317-264-6740 and ask to speak to someone about enrolling. We'll start you on the pathway to success!

FIVE WAYS YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

1) MEET trainees by giving a presentation about your organization, providing practice interviews or by visiting the program at any time.

2) EVALUATE interns for three weeks by using their skills in your organization.

3) DONATE any amount to help sponsor our training or to provide additional support for our trainees.

4) HIRE interns or other graduates by requeting resumes, with no placement fee.

5) ENGAGE in our program by serving on a Board committee, participating in a special event or by helping spread the work about our program to the community.
